A quote establishes the job scope and value. If you need to change either of these to get what you need from the project, we'll look to clarify any misunderstanding and adjust to suit.

Deposit Received

For jobs under $500, we ask for full payment in advance to confirm the order. For jobs over $500, we ask for 50% deposit to confirm the order.

After your payment is received the project can proceed.

Design

Design Brief confirmed / Supplied Artwork received

Your project begins! A qualified designer will work with you to achieve the visual plan, within the scope of the design brief. Designs will be sent to you as proofs through our project management software. Within this system you can approve the design or request changes.

If the visual plan evolves through this process and final design requests fall outside the initial brief, additional design time will be invoiced accordingly.

Pre-press / Production

Your project now moves into Production

Your approved designs move into Pre-press stage, where digital files are prepared for production processes. Then our skilled production team create the physical items on your order.

We may contact you at this stage to propose likely installation dates (if applicable).

Depending on your project, production timelines can be several days or several weeks. If you have a deadline to meet please communicate this to us early.

Completion

Installation/Delivery/Pick Up

Your physical products are ready for collection, delivery or installation. For jobs to be collected, we'll communicate with you and let you know they're ready. (See below for payment expectation).
